Wife and I reserved the outdoor winter bubble raclette hot grill we cook ourselves. I wouldn?t recommend this restaurant to... anyone. Was a HUGE disappointment. The meats and cheese looked the same as you would buy in a grocery store and could do athome. 2 small solo cups for dips that weren?t impressive. Otherwise all you have to add flavour/taste to anything was salt andpepper. The food was just bland and terrible. 3 ridiculous large boiled potatoes to cook for 2 ppl. Price was ridiculously highfor what you got. We didn?t even have any wine or desert. Just 2 cocktails and the dinner was 250$ The outdoor bubble was?neat? but that?s it. The waiter was friendly and nice but disappeared for long period when we would have liked to orderwine. Suggestions for the restaurant to make improvements. 1. Dim the heat light over the table and maybe add Christmas orsmall led lights around the dome. 2. Offer some dinner music somehow. 3. Add a text number to reach the waiter. 4. Like many other recent reviews, I have been coming to chez David for quite some time, it was my favourite restaurant in mont... tremblant with a great view and delicious, reasonably priced food. However, we were there last night and I was verydisappointed, like the other reviews (which I had not read before) to find out that their main menu was no longer being offered.Their website DOES NOT reflect this change- it says ADDITIONAL items are offered for dinner. I was there in June and while theydidn?t provide us with their usual menu at first, when I asked for it they allowed us to order from it, but not this time. It isextremely disappointing because their dinner menu is NOT vegetarian friendly. There is 3 salads and one pasta dish to choosefrom. The chef said they would make something special for me, but would not tell me what. They brought me a salad. While Iappreciate that the waiter and the chef tried to accommodate me, had I known, I would have ordered one of the salads on themenu. I truly love this place but I will not be returning for dinner again. It is very disappointing to see restaurants movingaway from vegetarian-friendly options in 2022. I particularly do not appreciate being misled by a website. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITETO REFLECT YOUR NEW MENU. This is misleading advertisement contrary to the consumer protection act. Read more

Beautiful view of the lake. Had the calamari appetizer. Highly recommended. The flank steak with fries was good. The salmon was... also nice although the black rice was a little too salty. Overall Satisfied with the experience. But this is quite overpricedfor what it is. Read more

We dined on a Thursday night when there was a singer/ guitarist playing songs which the lively crowd sang along with. Great fun.... The server ( Dominique ) was attentive, courteous and helpful explaining the specials and menu items. The food was excellent. Iwould recommend Chez David to anyone.
