Awesome place! Food is crazy good. Service was good, considering a Tuesday night. Everyone was nice and helpful. I would come up... here simply for the sushi. I was invited by a colleague who heard of it from his friends. We are up in this neck of the woodsfor a conference. What a great experience and tasting! Had orange wine (just the colour) for the first time and enjoyed it. Ifyou are up north near Mont Tremblant pass by. Nestled in the new Belair development, which seems beautiful on its own. We came here for our first year anniversary and it was a busy Saturday night so we were seated at the Chef’s table despite our... reservation and we thought that was going to be a bummer but the super interesting Chef got chatting with us and and on learningthat it was our anniversary, he cleared the area and gave us great samples of their imported liquers, on the house!!! We evenbought one of the samples we really loved and he gave us a lovely signed box to house our memoir. We returned again the nextnight and we’re greeted and served by Jian who was not just warm and welcoming but also multi-talented. He’s anarchitectural engineer by day and sushi chef/ host by night. He’s a great conversationalist and speaks English, Chinese,Korean and French. His hospitality was on point. What a charm they made of this place in middle of Bel Air resort in Tremblant! Food is yummy. Most improvement is on the... service. I found this place looking for dumplings! around our rental place. We didn’t have high expectations when we walked in but were... pleasantly surprised by the food and service and the beautiful location of this restaurant. Our dinner at Ekki, far exceeded expectations. We visited for a date night after finding it online and will certainly be... returning to this hidden gem any occasion we get. The food was absolutely delicious. The sushi was thoughtfully and masterfullyassembled and was subtle and flavourful all at once. The decor was modern and homey, inviting and classy (Not to mention thatthe view from the large windows is also beautiful). The ambiance was only enhanced by the staff. If you get the chance, requestthe chef’s table. Claude (and his sous chef) are not only great at what they do but pleasant and welcoming people as well. Thewhole staff just added to our experience. Absolutely incredible experience. Sat at the chef’s table on a Saturday night and had a few appetizers, 6 different rolls, the... Wagyu nigiri and dessert. The staff are fantastic, the ambiance is great, and the location is a true hidden gem. We had thechance to chat with Chef Claude for a little while and could not be more impressed. This place is a treasure that I’m surewill not take long to become one of the most popular places in the area. Second to none for any restaurant in and around MontTremblant.
