We waited over 30 minutes at the drive-through, then when I redeemed instant monopoly prices, the manager told their employees... to stop preparing my order while there were still items missing. The dude at the drive-through told me that they shouldn't havegiven me any of my order, I asked him why, he said he didn't know... at least he apologized. So, they basically stole our 5medium fries and 3 small fountain drinks that we had won during the monopoly promotion. I was always nice and respectful to thestaff, and they usually were nice and respectful as well, I guess they simply did what the manager told them to do for no reasonthat I can think of. They showed us that the manager is greedy and will do everything to save more money, even if it meansbreaking their own rules(monopoly) and steal from people. The manager should pay their employees more to have more staff andhave a better restaurant, but apparently they really don't care about making a good restaurant, all they care for is lazybusiness to make money. Great location. Right on the 117 with drive through for a quick bite without having to stop for a long time. If you do have time... to stop, it?s clean with friendly staff. Read more
DON?T EAT AT THIS MCDONALD?s. Go to another location. **. First time here - Very busy. ** this time it?s not busy but we had... to wait 5 minutes before somebody took our order. ordered Angus Burger, they forgot the bacon and cheese. Good that we atethere so we got that back. Hot cakes are more like Warm cakes. ** I give it another try here. Bought a angus burger combo. Itlooks thin, pathetic, burnt and dry. No way it?s a third pounder, not quite a quarter pound. I?ve attached a picture. The staffare rude. Condiments counter half empty. No straws. Tables all dirty. I wiped the table myself.
