Friendly Staff and They are bilingual. Given the labour crunch I think they are doing a great job.
Good service. The drive-thru looks like a covered bridge! Small parking lot.
Nice cozy location. Perfect music, and ambiance. Chai latte and mint tea are great! Could be a bit more clean (floor etc)
The in-store area was still closed 45 minutes after opening due an employee showing up late while there were 3 employees inside.... I was flabbergasted to see that the employee was actually simply waiting in their car in the parking lot for 20 minutes...andthendecided to go inside... When I politely asked the staff to notify clients waiting outside, I got 0 active listening,just....rebuffal and excuses about being shortstaff (3 people inside, 2 chatting, 1 working the drive-thru). I bought a Oatmeal at your starbucks and by the time i started eating it the container was breaking down. The insides were... melting off and i ended up eating the paper by accident. Very dangerous. Read more

This place is legitimately always closed .... Can't really on their opening hours. At this point shut it down...
