NOT good pizza!! My first time trying Papa Johns and was VERY dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Pizza was not... cooked long enough & the quality of the toppings was not great. Update: 8/14/2022 tried to give them another shot and our pizza was raw and doughy. Had to throw it all away and we just ate the... cookie cake. Placed the order at 12:06 online, it said 32 minutes expected delivery time, it?s now 1:40, and nothing yet. Overan hour and a half later and nothing yet, my oldest will have to get it himself and eat it alone we had to leave him at homebecause we are late to our soccer games and had to pick up McDonalds. I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas the bread was uneven on both pizzas and tasted horrible. Half of the pizza was as thick as a pan... pizza and the other half was thin crust. What happened to Papa John's, I thought it was supppsed to be better ingredients andbetter pizza. Read more

I just had pizza delivered tonight and the guy who delivered was so helpful. My dog got out when I went to get the pizza. I was... holding her in one arm and he assisted me with holding the receipt for me to sign and then opening and closing my door since myhands were full. Our grandson was so excited to get Papa Johns Pizza tonight. He wanted thin crust pepperoni with Alfredo sauce. They were out of... Alfredo sauce at 5:00pm. So asked for red pizza sauce. Must have almost been out of it too. Very skimpy on red sauce and cheese.We had heard they didn?t cook their pizza enough, believe me, ours was cooked VERY well.
