Store never has anything in stock. Multiple employees that are Terribly trained just say they are out due to Covid. You can go 3... miles down the road and the next Subway has everything they don?t. Someone in in management is failing this store badly. Read more

The flat bread was tough and stale and the had no mustard or other ingredients I wanted. I should have walked out
Staff is friendly it's just this location is out of stuff a lot of the time. Also staff isn't fully trained, they were having a... hard time fixing my order in their system. The app (which isn't the locations fault) wasn't allowing them to fix the order andwhen she called her manager/DM/store owner they didn't answer the phone. Other than being out of big sellers the store is cleanwith it's new face lift and the staff are trying their best. Read more
Mgr set watching phone while customers waited to be served. Since when did sw not put "just" pepper on product? Also no lids for... lrg drinks so I walked out without one after I was NOT offered an upgrade for which they had lids! Got a "Sorry" and that wasit! Sub par for "Mont Belvieu "! Read more
Tuna on Italian is the way to go. Always clean inside and fresh tasting.
