Very nice establishment. Our service was great, the food was great and the beer is good. We loved sitting on the upper deck... looking over the canal, even on a warm day the umbrellas and slight breeze kept us cool. Great place to stop near the biketrail. Read more
Great place next to the Schuylkill Canal for a brew and food, and they have their own parking lot. The wings I had were with the... Bleed Green IPA sauce were great. Another fav of mine, besides Candace and Emma, is the catfish sandwich. It's a nice atmosphereinside with historic photos and hand painted art on the walls, plus lots of huge TV's with your choice sports. If you haven'tbeen there, go. The concepts sound really good, but there was gap in physical execution. The Burgers were formed lopsided, with one end of the... burger being thicker resulting in uneven cooking and difficult eating. The pepper spread was slapped on but not smoothed out,leaving some bits of the bun bare and others overwhelming. Also I would recommend de-seeding the long peppers. My husband'sburger was served with fried onions, you can see in the photo the batter was not fully covering the onion, when he went to takea bite the whole onion slid out of the batter into the plate. The oysters weren't served room temperature, not separated and notproperly cleaned. One one of the water glasses came with debris in it. The fries, soggy. Our waiter was amazing, his service anddemeanor were on point! The atmosphere is pretty chill, very relaxed kind of vibe. Weezer / alternative playlist, which wentwith the crowd. Beautiful scenery, provided water and bridge views. Liked the bar set-up, didn't get upstairs. Read more
Not the best experience, there was broken pieces of shell in our Oysters, they weren't separated or served on ice. No seasoning... on the chips, the truffle fries were soggy, our Burger buns were also soggy and there was no Char flavoring from the grille tothe Burger, like it was cooked in the oven. To top it off debris was in our water from what seemed to be the machine. Read more
Great service and the food was excellent! Wings were cooked perfectly and the burger was no doubt one of the all time best I've... ever had. Cooked perfectly the way I ordered it. The pub beer was very good. Hazy IPA was a little too juicy but good. The onlything I didn't like is that it was very noisy. I guess the sound just echos off the walls. Can't wait to go back and sit outsidein the summer. Read more

Visited for lunch on opening day and loved the outdoor seating options. We ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger, the Fried Green... Tomato BLT, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Each sandwich came with housemade chips. The food was delicious and theRebel Hill beer was just as great! We will definitely be back. Read more
A great place for food and brews, plus they just got a full liquor license so you will have options. I like the tuna lettuce... wraps and the catfish sandwich for two ideas, and the wings are perfect. If you go by bike on the Schuylkill River Trail theyhave racks to lock your bike or sit outside and watch them. I highly recommend. Read more
