Food was fantastic, service was great, Chef Pom came out to meet us which was unexpected and a very special way of connecting... with his customers. I enjoyed our conversation and hearing of his vision for the restaurant and surrounding area. I wish themmuch success, as this lunch w as top notch! We will be back! Maybe it's just me.... don't except much from a small town. We ordered egg rolls, beef pho and the fried chicken. 1 cook and 1... server. Lunch was somewhat average busy. 1. It took 45 mins to get our appetizer egg roll 2. No plate, napkins or forks to eatour appetizer. 3. Egg roll was still frozen in the middle. 4. Had them redo the egg roll. It came back with our already dippedin sauce. 5. Main dish took an hour to get to us. 6. We had to ask for the side vegetable and sauces for the pho. I've hadbetter pho. 7. Had to ask for water refill, even though other tables where getting refills. We were sitting right next to thebar. 8. Chicken dish was not fully cooked, but I wasn't going to point that out. Making me sound like a bad customer so I justkinda picked around it. 9. Was given a 10% discount for the long wait. 10. Over priced food, no season on food. Smallbusinesses with poor customer services will not survive. You got to bring on your A game to stay open. From personalexperiences, I would have made things right with the customer. Because of the long wait, poor services and cold egg roll. Iwould have only charged for the pho dish. The egg roll and chicken would had been on the house plus adding 2 free drinks togo. Small businesses survive by the word of mouth and customers. I care less if I got anything this time but it would ofjustified my bias base on this 1st experience. So I gotta say, (truth) 1. no I don't recommend this place 2. It's the first andlast time I go. 3. Don't take my word for it and go try it yourself and write a real review. Read more
Great food and service. Had the Pho, chicken wings, drunken noodles and eggs rolls. Will be coming back
Enjoyed lunch. Dishes were delicious. Good portions and polite employees. I will be going back. Pricey.
