Unfortunately, the service was extremely long, we waited more than 1 hour to receive our starters and then waited another 45min... to receive the main course. Oysters were amazing. Main courses were OK, a bit expensive for what we got. Seafood quality wasgreat. The waitress was nice and friendly. Overall a good experience, but not enough for us to want to go back. Read more

My husband and I visited PEI two weeks ago and stopped by Windows on the Water for lunch. We both had fish tacos which were... great but I?m writing a review because of the oysters my husband ordered. He got oysters at 6 different restaurants on our triparound the Canadian Maritime provinces and Windows were the best!! Also, our waitress was excellent, she took great care of us.Thank you again for a great experience! Read more

Excellent food and ambiance. The first waitress we saw was a bit standoffish and I wasn?t sure if we would be welcome, but the... one who actually served us was lovely. It?s a pricey location but with excellent food. We had the lobster roll and chowder soupcombo. It was Devine. Not too salty. There was a good amount of lobster and the chowder had a good amount of fish. We also hadfresh rolls that came with that were melt in your mouth good. The presentation was appetizing. The service was a nice compromisebetween attentive and allowing us to chat. Read more

This restaurant has a beautiful little view of the water. We had the carrot ginger soup, the lobster stuffed mushrooms and the... bubbly bake and it was all really good! oh yes.... and we finished with the bread pudding. The food was great and the servicewas friendly. A lovely spot. Would recommend! Read more

View from the patio. $34 for a lobster sandwich shocked me. But it was delicious. And so was the clam chowder. All of their... desserts are freshly made in house. The raspberry cheesecake was delicious. Read more

To say this restaurant is exquisite would be an understatement. Ideal location looking out onto the river with delicious food.... The server was so welcoming and friendly! She made sure we had everything we needed and we were served very quickly. The musselswere to die for with a melted butter and garlic sauce. The mussels were huge too! The seafood chowder melted in your mouth andwas so filling it could warm a white walkers heart. The lobster roll was the perfect ratio of lobster, celery, and bun. All inall, a perfect place for a quaint lunch in a small PEI town. The history of the house and small space adds to the experience inthe best way. 20/10 will be coming back Read more
