DELICIOUS pizza. Crust is thin, very slightly charred, perfectly salted. Fresh, simple, tasty sauce with shaved parmesan, fresh... basil and yummy burrata. Salads were also flavorful and substantial. Friendly employees, great service. Wanted to come back hereevery night during my stay. Read more
Took almost 1.5 hours to make a few small personal sized pizzas. When they finally made them, they brought out half of my... party?s pizza. We waited even more for the rest of our pizzas, but after more time passed we went inside and asked what?s goingon, and we found our pizzas sitting on the counter ice cold. Got our money back. Honestly went there on a whim because it had good reviews, pizza was good, not great, but I believe the owner (not sure) who was... working the counter yelled at one of the other workers in front of customers, which is not ok, and then was just rude as allhell to the people you could tell he didn't know, he was totally different person to the guy in front of us who he knew, asopposed to me who was there for the first time. What a great addition to Montauk! I was already sold just walking and smelling whatever they were cooking. The Pizza is... delicious. Thin crust, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. They make sandwiches, salads, pastas.. They have a fabulouslittle Italian market inside. Fresh bread daily from NYC, cheeses, pasta, sauce, olives, oils, etc. Its casual mostly seatingis outside. Located right in the main plaza of town, this chic Italian Market has some of the best authentic pizza and rustic sandwiches... we?ve ever tried. There?s a cute cafe for morning coffee and pastries, plus countertop seating, as well as a large outdoor patiofor people watching in Montauk. Alimentari Beach has by far the best pizza in Montauk. They recently opened the end of last summer but they will take over this... fishing village come Summer 2022. It?s in the center of town, you cannot miss it because the atmosphere will make you want staythere all day like Tony Soprano outside his pork store. If you?re not in the mood for pizza, I highly recommend two Sabina?s forbreakfast and the Chicken Parmesan sandwich which has a juicy roasted chicken on focaccia bread for lunch. 1st visit i had the pizza which was fantastic! Old world flavor with a new world twist! No wonder they scored high on one bite... with Portnoy. This was my second visit.
