Terrible service! Asian Haters! I arrived at the Clam and Chowder House around 3:30 pm on Monday, 7/25. The waiter seated me... outside of the restaurant, while many people were eating inside of the restaurant. When I asked a question about red wine, thebartender said that she is allergic to red wine. She has no idea about red wine. I paid for the food and the drink.. Aftereating the chowder soup that I bought from the restaurant, I felt sick. I felt nauseous. I moved myself from the outdoorseating to the dock. I though if I need to throw up, I rather do it into the water (Atlantic Ocean). The restaurant peopleordered me to leave when they saw me looking sick. I said I have the right to sit outdoor seating because I bought food anddrink. The restaurant called police. Three police men with three cars arrived the restaurant in 5 minutes. I am a small Asianwoman, the restaurant owner and the Montauk police were discriminating toward me. I will post the video on social media. I aman award winning documentary film maker and an international video journalist. They have no idea who they were dealing with. Read more

Unfortunately I use to like dining at Salivar?s but last night food was not good at all. The fish & chips tasted frozen out of a... box and came out cold and the so called fries were terrible. The fluke Parmesan dinner was bad. Came out cold! Seems to methings are mad ahead and re heated. They got rid of the chef and sushi and amazing dishes told by the server. We had no cluethe sushi and menu was not the same. The server was just so wonderful so we couldn?t just leave after realizing the menu was notlonger having sushi and he chef was gone. We stayed because of her. She is from Ireland and it?s not her fault. Salivar?s needsto get it together and get sushi back in place and BTW show do you run out of Lobster Roll??? Read more

Amazing seafood restaurant located in Montauk. Sarah was our server. Very friendly and personable. She answered all our... questions and was very patient with us. My wife had the frogmore stew. I had the tilefish. We also had oysters and clams. Ifyou like seafood this is one if not the best. I met Phil. He is one of the owners. . Also very nice.. another person we metwas Tanner. He had a fresh catch of lobsters in a basket and let us hold a lobster. You need to go here. Highly recommend. Read more

The clam chowder was good the wings were good too,but the beet salad didn't have any beets , we were so hungry by the time the... food came that we had it without the beets. We complained to the waitress about but nothing was done about it and they stillcharged us full price for it and no one came over to apologize or make amends. There are more dining options in the area. Beer nwings that's it for me going forward. How do you forget the beets in a beet salad? Read more

Not the best choice for a vegetarian/vegan/gluten and dairy free person, but if you do eat sea food you will love it. I went... with a big group and we had a great time. Good vibes, everyone else loved the food they ordered. Cocktails were delicious. Bigportions Read more
