We wanted to go to the Montauk location for dinner on Sunday evening. We got there just before 4:30 and the staff was already in... the process of closing for the night. According to their website they're open till 9pm. Fortunately their other restaurant inSag Harbor was open and we enjoyed a nice dinner there. We really wanted to love this place but unfortunately, did not. We came on this chilly September day looking for some soup and... fish and chips for lunch. They were out of clam chowder so we got the lobster bisque. The soup was bland, a little too briny,flat and watery. The tiny lobster shreds did not taste fresh. My husband called it, ?a sad bowl of lobster bisque.? The fishand chips was a bit greasy, fish was slightly tough, fries were frozen/battered and ok, and the coleslaw was good. Restaurant close to main area to grab food, do touristy things in Montauk and go shopping. Indoor and outdoor dining at this... restaurant. Service was great and the food was delicious. We ordered lobster rolls and Montauk Brewing Co Beers. Also a goodplace to grab food quick and go about your day. Read more
I really looked forward to trying the lobster roll here but was left disappointed by the meal considering the prices. The... signature lobster roll was a bit bland - the most memorable flavor being too buttery. I wish the butteriness could?vecomplimented the lobster better instead of being the main flavor. The calamari was pretty average, but the sauces it came withwere a good touch. Read more
Simple and clean place..with the beachy vibe is next to wyld blue on the 1st floor right in the street!!!!outdoor seating... available.???? Indoor seating open now. The server was helpfull and gave us the seat we asked for. Food was fresh,yumm . Portionsize just apt for us. We ordered 3 taco with fish,mtk lobster roll and fish chippers. We ate it all...and loved it completely.It was Flavourfull & appetizing. Each dish was about $20+ we had a great sunday lunch. Read more
Nice place. Came with our own file fish and got refused by manager. Even though we are loyal customers for many many years. So... left the file aside and ordered meal from the menu. Love Montauk beer. This place has wine and beer only. Tacos were delicious.Mussels were in butter and garlic sauce. In average it is a good place to come. Very great service by waitress. Thank you forthat. The only one thing I had to tell the girl who was bringing the plates was to cover nose with a mask. Cause the maskcovered only her mouth. Read more
