Amazing place. You have to go! It was pricey but I have seen more expensive. Not bad price wise. The food was superb. Staff was... attentive and quick. Drinks were top notch. El Bandito I recommend. Bread was out of this world. All the fish was good, had theHalibut and the Branzino. Dessert was small but delectable. I recommend this place very much. Great views, Gurney's isbeautiful. Service is excellent, food tastes great no matter what you get, however the portions are very very small. You can order almost... the entire menu with 4 people and still be able to eat more. Everything on the menu tastes great. Read more
I was so excited to dine at this restaurant with its beautiful views, and was completely disappointed with the... experience. Despite the fact that the menu was limited, and extremely overpriced, I was still looking forward to theexperience. Having dined at many restaurants of this caliber in NYC, I was expecting the same high-quality service by the staffand employees. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The wait staff was rude and dismissive. And after spending asmall fortune on dinner, we tried to sit outside for an after dinner drink, only to be spoken to disrespectfully by the staffmonitoring the outdoor seating. Read more
I don't remember when was the last time I had a dining experience as horrible as this. We waited IN LINE to see the host for... 30min even though everyone in line had a reservation. Sat at a horrible table. Slow service. Appetizers never came. My blackbass was super salty and the halibut was smothered in butter. We ordered the check while eating put disgusting meal. It was just ok. My wagyu steak was on par with other average steaks I’ve had elsewhere, but that was it, just totally average... 2.5/5. We weren’t in a rush and didn’t mind too much, but we waited over 1 hour for our food - steak and halibut, whichspeaks to the service. Restaurant was overly air conditioned, when we left and came outside on a 64 degree night, the outsidewas warmer than the inside (and we only decided to sit inside because it was chilly outside). Over all, it is an average $$$$restaurant with decent food, if you sit outside and have the ocean view I’d probably rate it 4 stars just for the view. Read more
I absolutely love this restaurant and everything that they offer. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the food tasted and how... well it was prepared and presented to us. The staff is also very quick to tend to whatever you need. It is a really hard choiceto decide on what you are going to order at this place. Everything on this menu is fantastic and it is impossible to make a baddecision. I only have good things to say about this place, so I highly recommend you try it for yourself! Read more
Cant begin to explain how delicious the food was here. It was hard to even limit yourself when choosing from the menu,... everything on there looked amazing. Easy to make a reservation and friendly staff. Small entree portions, but pasta is a decent sized bowl and incredibly fresh. My... husband had the veal tenderloin. While it was a small dish it was unique and flavorful. Don’t skip dessert. Read more
