Horrible! My food was cold and on top of that, the rice was undercooked and crunchy! I took two bites and had to throw it away.
Food, as usual, is good. However, customer service not so much. Server was vary scarce with the portions, compared to all the... other locations/times I've visited, and looked bothered when asked for more. When serving something with liquids, it would drageverywhere and bowls were very messy on the outside. The cashier had attitude as if she was doing you a favor. Almost had toreach behind the counter to grab my meal and cup. And the whole place was a mess. Rice on tables, trash on the floor, food allover the containers behind the counter. Never had issues before, maybe its just the crew at this time, or different managementsince last visit. Read more
From my experience most of the Chipotles are good but the one next to the Montclair plaza is horible. They were out if chicken... and regular meat and were worry about the guacamole being out instead of refilling the meat. You can even see the meat andchicken on cutting bored getting cold but they were not cutting it. They also grabbed chips for kids chip bags out of theregular chip bags they then gave us the regular chip bag with about 20-28 chips and refused to give us a new one. There seatingarea also smelt like the bathroom. Also most of the inside seats were dirty and they did not empty there trash cans trash wasfalling out of them????????. They were also very messy drink area was very wet and food had other food like corn and onions andother stuff in them.the last thing is they go super slow on filling up your bowl or burrito I also stated that I want chips anda drink more than about 7 times.
