For the first time in the few years that I?ve been going to this place, I have to say I?m very disappointed today. We had a... very scary situation occur about 25-30 minutes ago. My daughter and her friend, both have a peanut allergy. They boughtsmoothies and both had an immediate allergic reaction. Neither of them got smoothies that contain any peanuts which leads me tobelieve they are not cleaning their blenders or utensils properly between customers. They are ok so far as both immediately tookBenadryl but this could have ended very very badly for either of them. Please, please make sure to clean everything properlybetween patrons! First of all! Amazing friendly and helpful young gentlemen. Kudos to you! However Owner should know that This is not the texture... of Acai bowl! Taste wasnt terrible but It is like very watery puding! Wow! Ice coffee and Filter coffee was good. I am giving 3star just because young gentleman customer service is great! Read more

Made my drink without wearing gloves and witnessed her touch her hair (no hair net) while doing so. Touched and juiced whole... fruits. Had the drink remade and it was tasty, the first one was bitter as she also juiced the skin of the orange (that she cutand touched w ungloved hands). Also I know masks are a political thing at this point but when you?re making food it?s justpolite regardless of how you feel about the virus. Read more
Very good and filling protein smoothies!
I just started working in the area and stopped by on my break. The young gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and rang... me up for a smoothie, a sandwich, and a soup. I spent over $30 and left a tip. Within minutes, the owner who was previouslyrudely on his personal phone speaking a different language while the gentleman was ringing me, decided to, again, rudely, informme that it was "impossible" to make my smoothie with the beet substitution I asked for, as it is "only allowed in juices". I wasunderstanding, though instead of listening to anything I might want instead, he kept talking over me, and make me feelincredible uncomfortable for the request. Furthermore, he proceeded to scold the gentleman in front of me, for ringing me upwith the request. I don't think it is impossible to make a smoothie with beet juice in it, but I could have been kindlyexplained that the texture might be off if I wanted to add that. Instead, I was berated and cut off consistently when I tried to"ammend" my order for him. We went back and forth a few times on whay would be an acceptable substitution. I feel incrediblyupset by the rude interaction. There's a polite way to explain the strange rules of your business, and that wasn't it. Lost acustomer before you made one, regardless of the quality of food. Customer service is everything, and if the owner can't work onthose skills, unfortunately, I'm not sure this place will see many return customers or loyal patrons. Shame, because I washaving a lovely interaction before the owner stepped in. Should let his employees do the work they're hired for. Read more
