The worst service that I've ever had in a restaurant. We came to celebrate my niece's 12th birthday, we were 11 people. Our... whole experience there was frustrating. It took 30 minutes for someone to get to our table, after we were waving, calling, doingeverything that was possible to get someone's attention. Finally put our drinks and appetizers order in. It was another 25minutes just to get the drinks. The appetizers came in parts. When our food came, some dishes were cold. No one would come bythe table to check on us, or clean up the dirty dishes. The restaurant was not even ful. Maybe is just a location thing. I havenot been in the other locations. I rarely do bad reviews unless it is really bad, this place came in first. If I could give nostars I would. I can keep going on mentioning the bad service that we had. We ordered the Fresh Guacamole, they mix theingredients right next to our table. That was nice, but they served in the middle of the table and left. We had to do all the"dance" to get their attention to ask, if any chips or tortillas was served with the guacamole. When desert was served there wasno spoons or anything. Again all the calling and waving to get service, until we gave up and walked to the bar to ask forutensils. Bought empanadas de cambray and when I took out of the bag at home, I noticed that one of the empanadas was eaten!! Called the... restaurant right away and was told it was impossible. How was it impossible, if I literally had an empanada with a bite mark infront of me? Poor customer service and obviously poor sanitation! I have been a long time customer and now will not be returningto that location ever again. Read more

We went based on a recommendation as we didn't know the area well. The layout of the menu was interesting, it was more... pictures than words but it worked. Sangria was good but do ask how big the half n whole pitchers are before you order ???? wedidn't, n the whole was too much. Guacamole appetizer was made table side n was great. All our meals were great (garlicshrimp, salad etc). Calamari was yumm but confused the Italians on our table as it did not come with warmed marinara but weasked n they gave us these McDonald's looking sauce cups of marinara ???? close enough. I did point out the place was notItalian (so not their fault) but overall we would all recommend and return. But be warned, English is not the first languagehere for a lot of them but I'm thinking that's why the food was soooo good. Read more
I enjoy ordering food from here. My husband always orders steak and rice and I order the chicken and rice. The portions are... large enough to split. We've only ever ordered takeout and have never had any issues. I definitely recommend the flan and tresleches to satisfy that sweet tooth. Read more
We had three different dishes with three different sauces: white sauce, garlic sauce, and a red sauce. Each dish was... scrumptious!???? It's also BYOB. No parking lot but parking spots were not hard to find. FYI - Enter through the bakery. Read more
