My daughter ordered a catered lunch for our event on Sunday (60 people). She made some cold calls to a few places and the owner... of this business was accommodating, kind and showed a "can do" attitude. From that point it was a positive experiencethroughout. Beyond the excellent, fresh and beautifully presented food, which kept our guests happy and satisfied throughout theevent (some of our guests took sandwiched/wraps for the ride back home), it was the experience of working with a decent, honestand generous business owner (he refused our tip) who is personally responsible for his clients' satisfaction. The PERFECT option for catering. We hosted an event for 60 people (adults and kids) and wanted to serve fresh salads and... wraps/sandwiches for lunch. We stumbled upon The Salad House and the menu looked like exactly what we had in mind. Jared, theowner, was so helpful and accommodating. He knew exactly how much food we needed and got it 100% right - he even told us to gethalf the amount of salad we had been planning to order. We got four half trays of salad and 60 wraps/sandwiches. Jared put eachtype of sandwich on its own platter and labeled everything - and for each, he made both sandwiches and wraps, which was so nicebecause everyone likes something different! We had been planning to pick everything up because we thought delivery wasn?t anoption on a Sunday, but Jared offered to drop it off himself - drove 40 minutes and set everything up, including servingplatters and utensils and everything we needed. He even got to the restaurant early to make everything for us that morning. Thefood was all delicious and served beautifully. Our guests are still raving about it. Went there today, parking is a little crazy on Saturday....... Had the chicken Ceasars salad today, great portion but 2... dressing cups are needed for the salads in my opinion. I will definitely be back and bringing friends and family. Back again on6/28......Good fresh salads, team works well together, I like how salads ???? are made fresh!!! Read more
It seems that after months and months of responding to the overwhelming negative reviews that whoever the owner or manager is... hasn't done a darn thing to rectify the situation. The salad here could have been made better had my pet dog picked out theingredients at random. And at least he is more friendly and will greet you unlike the staff (which I had to yell to get theirattention). The apple waldy salad had maybe 4 small pieces of dried apple and was filled up with the cheap ingredient lettuce.It had no taste and was not worth the price. The Salad House is no competition for any other salad spot and by the looks of it,might soon shut down if they don't get it together. Read more

My first purchase from salad house was great. I made my own and spent $13. I was a bit shocked by the price, but the portion... size made up for it. I added crispy tofu, which was too crispy and basically a rock. This is why I'm only giving 4 starts astofu was my main protein. The salad tasted delicious and was filling. I'll be a repeat customer. I just started ordering from this place a couple of weeks ago. My favorite is the apple walnut salad and try have been on the... ball every time with my orders. Anyway, ordered last night through Door dash and spent close to 80 dollars to end up getting twosoggy salads that were not in line with what they should have been according to the menu. The apple walnut salad was only soggyiceberg lettuce, probably half a tablespoon of the rest of the ingrediants while missing the candied pecans I added on andabsolutely disgusting. The other salad was only half the size of the apple walnut. I like the food normally, but last night washorrific. Might just make my own stuff from now on. Their Friday "chef" can't seem to get a salad correctly, whether ingredientsor proportion wise. Its a salad, seriously. Update - Shannon reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue.
