I?ve walked by a million times and my husband and I finally decided to grab a slice. Our typical go to is the crispy thin crust... new haven style so we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed it! I particularly loved how crispy the slice wasthroughout its entirety. We tried the pepperoni, white, and mushroom. They were all flavorful but the mushroom truffle one wasmy favorite! We will definitely return for more. My new favorite place for takeout Pizza. I ordered the Classic Jersey with meatball topping and it was so good! Perfect crust,... delicious sauce, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Great addition to the Montclair dining scene. Read more

OMG, please try the spinach & artichoke pizza if you haven't yet. Best pizza that I have ever had. (I've eaten pizza in NY, CT,... NJ, MD, DE, VA, NC, GA, & CA) We just called the restaurant to compliment them as well. I had to show a close up of theingredients. (See attached photo) Read more

So Montclair is known for good pizza but I just discovered the cream of the crop!! Teglia is a small spot that just opened on... Bloomfield Ave. and it's a MUST TRY!! I went in just after 4pm and met the owner/executive chef Joe. We didn't order online sowe got a chance to chat with him as he hand prepared our pie. He brought his extensive background into Teglia and the menushows it. It was hard to decide on which Roma style pie to order but we settled on the white meatball....this time! My wifetalked me into a slice of butternut which she had been eyeing online that was surprisingly AMAZING. Who would have thought toput butternut squash puree on pizza?! All the ingredients are top quality and super fresh. Then his special recipe doughcrisps up to perfection after taking 3 days to prepare!! We went home with the white pie and it traveled very well. The whitesauce was delicious and creamy with a generous amount of meatball and spinach. Its truly a must try! We will be back very soonto try the others. I keep going back and they KEEP GETTING BETTER!!! The sicilian was great but the classic jersey, halfpepperoni half meatball was AMAZING!! LOVED IT!! Cant wait to go again! Read more

This family owned pizza bar creates excellent artisan pizza. They are handmade to order, with the freshest ingredients. The... delicious crust is definitely the star of the show here! Toppings are diverse and top notch and the pizza size is 12?x 18?, soservings are filling. The owner/chef is friendly & cordial and the open kitchen allows customers an unrestricted view of hiscreativity. The prices are definitely worth the quality ingredients and creative talent. Parking can be quite challenging, soordering online for in-person or curbside pick-up is advisable or use a delivery service. The eat-in counter/waiting area issmall and clean and wait time is reasonable. Entrance is handicap accessible. Read more

I just had the most amazing pizza at Teglia. A great local gem! My entire family of 6 all enjoyed the different kinds of pizza I... brought home for dinner. My daughter and husband were in a fierce debated over which they liked better. They both agreed todisagree that the white meatball and Artichoke and garlic are both equally as good. Plentiful are the toppings on both with justthe right amount of ingredients and cheese. I have hypertension and have to stay away from salty foods like pizza but sometimesI give into my cravings. I was pleasantly surprised that my body didn't react and I wasn't swollen in the morning like Inormally am after eating pizza. Finally a pizza place that I can enjoy regularly without any adverse effects due to mycondition. I'll probably go back next week! Read more

I saw on an Instagram post from East Side Mags that there was a new pizza place, so I decided to try it and support local... businesses. The owner was very nice. Looking at the website, it was hard to decide, so I got the Jersey, White Meatball andArtichoke & Spinach. The Jersey was the best of the three. The White Meatball, had small crumbles of meat and was very, verysalty. So much that I couldn't finish the slice. The crust was quite chewy on this pie as well. Next up the Artichoke &Spinach, which based on the pie I got, should be renamed the Garlic Artichoke pizza. It had so much garlic on it that itcamouflaged the taste of the artichoke. Also, there was so much cheese on it that it was pooling in the middle of the pie. They did travel well, and were still fairly hot when I got home. Hard to tell from the website how big these pizzas are, itwould be helpful to give an approximate size to help when ordering. Will I order again, probably not. Read more
