We ordered 70.00 worth of food. It came1 hr late. Then everything was cold, our 2 order of pasta so dry I couldn't eat it. To... top it off we dodnt get all our order. So when they brought the rest of our order there driver wanted was to pay $14.00 moredollars for his gas. When we called they only wanted to give a $30.00 store credit. Absolutely horrible?.again. They delivered the wrong pizza bud forgot the wings. Called, waited on hold for 30+ Minutes with... not response, drove to the store - while still on hold with them - to be told by a very arrogant and rude shift leader that hewouldn?t do anything for us. Avoid at all cost - frozen pizza from Safeway is better and way friendlier staff. Read more

They are supposed to close at 10. I called multiple times at 9:30 to place an order for delivery. Everytime I mentioned my... address (a 10min drive from pizza hut) they randomly put me on hold and didn't take my order. Did this 3 times. I even drovemyself to their location by 9:50 and they had already closed. If they didn't want to serve our deliver that late, just sayingso goes a long way. Putting me on hold for 20 mins and not taking a customers order shows how much they value their customers. Read more
