Don?t go here! We are Sonic fans but definitely not this one. It was horrible! I don?t even want to give this place one star but... that?s the only way I can rate it. EVERYTHING was COLD! Tater tot?s were cooked hours earlier, ice cream machine was broke,asked for one hamburger with no cheese and still got cheese, asked for light ice and got lots of ice, and last but not least weasked for fry sauce and they said they only had one left and it was so old it was watery and odd colored. Nobody answered when we went to the drive through, and we had to wait 5 minutes after we pulled up to the stall before anyone... answered. They forgot one of our burgers (we only ordered 4 food items + drinks), and the lady on the intercom seemed like shehad no idea what she was doing. If I lived in Monte Vista I would never eat sonic! This is the worst Sonic I have ever been too. Parking lot and patio area(along with table and chairs, were dirty. The food was... less then desirable. Old chili dog, tots were warm at best. Cherry limeade wasn't made correctly. I am a huge Sonic fan and tosee this is disappointing. Don't stop!! Read more
They always have buns or bread that's hard as a rock. You use it as a hockey puck. This morning at 7am they had trash... overflowing by the drive thru. The entire parking lot looked trashed(8-10-22) Went again tonight (8-13) Against my betterjudgment..(hubby wanted it) They completely screwed up our order and after ordering a medium banana/strawberry shake they handedus a small banana only and when the server had gotten the "manager" the mngr had a total attitude and argued wth us about whatwe ordered. I than proceeded to tell her to remake it and we'd pay the difference AGAIN and she slammed the window on us andthan took 10 minutes to give us our food and shake... and at no surprise...IT WAS COLD Read more
It's alright... Really wasn't okay with the Wait time, 1 night it took 30 minutes just for them to answer on the stall, I get... that it's late but there was no one else on the stalls, Just 1 person in the drive through, and I show up today and they made myBurger upsidedown and I didn't get my Signature sauce either... Other than that the Carhop lady was nice, But y'all need somenew cooks and a better person on the Headset for sure. The only reason it's a 2 star is because of the Carhop service Read more

I'm so upset. This place has gone so far down hill. - Most of the people that work here have such bad attitudes. - There's trash... lingering around the place. I Drive all the way back to South fork before checking my food, an notice my popcorn chicken orderwasn't right. - I asked for Buffalo sauce and ended up with BBQ.
