Night shift ignores people sitting there waiting when it isn't even that busy. Then they want to stand there and talk about... people and our friends getting up and leaving after they waited for 10min+ and still nothing said to them not even handed a menuto look and see what they wanted. After we ate we had to stand there for another 10-20min and wait for our suppose to be splittickets then to end up having to pay for the whole thing. Most of the employees was just standing around not doing anything whenyou can see in plain sight that dishes could have been picked up and tables could be wiped off. Waffle House should teach courses on how to run businesses. There are 4 fast-food-type restaurants on top of the mountain. 3... of them are incredibly hit-or-miss...might be good, might be awful. Food was good and staff were friendly
We were having a really bad night as a group and decided to stop in and relax for a moment. Immediately, we were greeted with... smiles and a laughing staff.
