My wife and came here for the first time on Saturday 07/30/2022. It will be the last! Food was ok, but service no good. Waitress... unprofessional after she gave us our food that was it. She ignored us the rest of the time. She was to focused on the peopleeating out outside or she didn?t like old people. Whatever her trip was I don?t know. Host was very unprofessional, walked in with my family there was no wait time nobody was waiting. Host kept walking back and... forth knowing I was waiting to be seated, but she kept ignoring me. When I asked her who do I speak to, to get a table? she gaveme an attitude and said "oh that's me". I asked to be seated outside and she said "yeah whenever you're ready" and walked away.When I was eating my food with she came outside to attend another table and kept giving me dirty looks. I honestly think if youhave a person like that greeting your guest, only thing that will come from it is negative feedback and loss of clients. Pleasehave her adjust her attitude. We have been here on a few separate occasions. Each time leaving without eating. Wait staff is always talking, their customer... service is poor. I have been there in the past and food was good. Went here with a friend that highly recommended the place. Our order consisted of their cheese balls, a 8 in margherita pizza,... 12 wings, and their Brooklyn burger. The cheese balls were good, but nothing too crazy. The only thing that really gave themany flavor was the butter they were swimming in. The pizza while very cheesey and fresh, was too doughy for my taste. Also, Iexpect a margherita to have a fresher taste than other pizzas and this we just very heavy, partially due to the doughycrust. The wings were a let down. We ordered them dressed in Alondra' Gold which really only tasted like vinegar and mangohabanero which was more sweet and fruity than anything else. Both were rated on the mid to too end of their spice level andneither had any sort of kick to them. The saving grace of the meal was their burger! It was juicy, flavorful and balanced. Iprobably wouldn't go back for anything else that I ordered but I would go back for this. The burger even held up as leftoverslater in the day. Also, I ordered their strawberry lemonade as a drink and it was way too sweet. It felt like I was drinkingstrawberry syrup more so than lemonade. Read more
