Let me start by saying that I really enjoy the customer service at this location and I love coming here. I just feel like they... need to learn to clean their grills… and wear gloves when they hand off food. My plate had fingerprints all around it andunder the plate was dirty. This afternoon, I enjoyed one of my favorite meals at BJs and it was exceptionally delicious. I ordered the wedge salad with... steak and I must say, it was plated beautifully. I rarely am able to eat the entire serving and end up taking it home fordinner. Read more

Service here is always hit and miss. Got the soup and all you can eat salad. You can't go wrong with that.. except it took 20... minutes to get the next soup. Everytime... not impressed. The ice tea was weak.. Good food though.. Read more

I went when it had just opened. The service was excellent, the server saw that my parents had difficulties with seeing the menu... through the phone and she gave them actual menus. The food came out fast and was very delicious. We had a good time. Read more
