Good costumer service and food is fresh all the time.
I was craving the delicious impossible burger today. 2 days before the Super Bowl. Saw the advertisements on local tv for the... 2 for $6 mix and match. Well, this is one of the MANY locations that don?t have the locally advertised specials. So I ordereda fish sandwich. It came out BLACK AND CRUNCHY!!! Gross!!! Also the chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry and crunchy. I amvery dissatisfied!!! What a waste of time and money. BTW, I was their only customer in this busy mall. After seeing theother reviews of this location. I say just shut it down if you can?t manage it!!!! But this is very common experience fromother BK?s in the LA area! Read more
I?ve gone on 3 separate days at 3 different times and everytime there is a sign saying they will be back in 15 or 30 minutes. I... do not understand when the restaurant will be open. Read more
The cashier does not know how to use the coupon and took me nearly 10min to place the order. Guess it ain?t fast food.
Burger King In the Montebello mall is the worst. Xavier took my order screwed it all up I asked for a veggie Patty he gave me a... whopper with no meat and then acted like it was my fault for him getting the order wrong. He gave me sprite when I asked forlemonade from my three-year-old kids junior meal. I asked for the king Swiss and bacon Burger and he looked at me nasty andrudley telling me that they don't have Swiss. I tried to order value fries and value drink and Xavier looked and acted annoyedbecause I didn't say small but it doesn't say small on the menu as does the value 16 out so that's what I ordered. While I waswaiting for my food several people were coming up with missing or wrong orders and guess who took there order Xavier. I usuallyl ok ve me some BK burger's but not coming to this one ever. I woke up on the wrong side of bed and agreed to a challenge to binge on a pair of Whopper burgers on Bk's 2 for 1 coupon, I was... pleasantly surprised how full of flavour their burger is as compare to the competitors's Signature burgers. Signatures aregood, but Whopper is huge, and more flavourful, even forced feeding on them to the last bite on those 2 Whoppers! Hey, I amsure glad it was binging on great value quality hamburgers ! Terrible terrible terrible....rude managers and terrible service. I visited this burger king a couple of days ago and they... messed up my order. I called corporate and complained. Since i couldnt reach burger king with the number i found on theirwebsite, i went to them to make a complaint. This is ridiculous terrible customer service. Most fast food places make theexception for a customer when they dont have a receipt and fix their orders. Burger king refuses to fix anyone's order unlesscustomer has a valid receipt. Never again! Had the ghost pepper burger and it was so-so at best. The prices seem to be higher here than at other burger King places.
