Very disappointed at the location, I got a delivery order from this location, got there and waited 15 minutes, still not... working on the order, all the drive thru orders get working on first when there's no drive thru ,then the employees startworking on the delivery order, I feel very disappointed they way this location work. If you don't want to do delivery ordersjust don't do it, because when you do it you have to responsible for it. As a driver time is money , and the employees don'tcare about the delivery orders then they're doing the job, they're just slowing doing it to get through the day, if that thecase they don't deserve to get paid, feel very bad for the owner . The owner should have a meeting with the employees on thisone. Read more
There is Hardee's in Georgia but it's definitely not the same? The burgers are more delicious here! Very good service.

I like Carl's because they do a lettuce wrap without hassle and it's one of the better fast food places where they do it neater.... Some places have really sloppy lettuce wraps. Given that though, the prices have increased dramatically relative to other fastfood burger places. Any combo is around $10. If you get any of the other bigger burgers you're looking at $15 or so, at thatprice I'd rather go to a sit-down at local chains for a similar priced meal. This particular restaurant is usually pretty cleanand the service is good. For some reason their fountain machine was not working, the workers serve your your drink. Maybe iscovid related, so I won't make a big deal about that one. Read more
Maybe the worst speakers playing some decent 50's music. I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake. Tasted pretty good considering the... list of 50+ ingredients. (Loaded with artificial everything, preservatives, and bad foods colors) Zero social conscience. Read more
The drive through attendant does not care & does not even listen to my request to have the ketchup be placed in a separate paper... bag. They recycle their ketchup packets so many times they are sticky on the outside. There is no way to confirm howcontaminated is the sticky stuff, during pandemic era - every little precaution will increase your chance of not getting thevirus. The vaccine does not guarantee protection as a reminder. Also I saw the one responsible for assembling the burgers tookdown face mask while handling food so my conclusion is they are just pretending to care about the public health. My family andI will never go back to that location of the chain for sure because Chipotle takes health and sanitation seriously plus offer usmuch better value for our dollars.
