I ordered two double chicken tostada salads, and a large coke at the drive-thru, paid for my meal and asked for green peppers... before driving off. The guy said that everything was in the bag so I left. When my wife and I got to the park I noticed theydidn?t give me a straw, napkins, forks, or the peppers I had asked for. On top of all this I didn?t get the extras chicken Ipaid for, and the little that I got was VERY salty. I immediately called to complain about my order, and the manager said thatthey don?t give those items out unless you ask for them. I?ve never heard of this especially when you order a chicken salad thatrequires a fork, or a drink that requires a straw. Shouldn?t it be their responsibility to ask if you need those items?ThisPollo Loco is ridiculous, and I will NOT be ordering from this location again. Read more
Ordered the double chicken tostada salad unfortunately the amount of chicken it came with was short of being double chicken smh.... I love pollo loco but every time I visit this location it?s always a bad experience. This place is always filthy, the tables are... always dirty and trash on the floor, the customers service is not good. I used the the coupon from the pollo loco app to get $2off the classic tostada salad full price and when I got my tostada salad they gave me small portions and when I question thelady she said that that?s how it comes with the coupon in smaller portions and every time I use that same coupon I get the fulltostada salad as it should be like it says in the coupon. I just went in there today and ordered the classic chicken tostadasalad and it looked horrible and they put a small portion of chicken. I also ordered the 2 piece chicken combo and the chickenwas so dry and hard not tasty at all. I also asked for the red Spicy salsa and they gave me the tomato salsa so k went back toask for the red salsa and they gave me the tomato again so annoying. Read more

Location is convenient and about same size as most. Staff was friendly, service efficient and order was correct. I went near... dinner time on a weekday during the holiday and they had a long car line in drive thru but the wait inside was better. Chickenwas tasty as you would expect but some of the drumstick pieces were drier than Inwould have liked. Mashed potatoes and mac ncheese were good. I didn't see some of the issues as mentioned in other reviews. Will be back again the next time I amvisiting in the area. Read more
I like pollo loco chicken bowls and their chicken with rice beans and torts. But not at this place!!! Here is why I walked in... one day for take out. As I walked to the counter a worker set up a ladder near the salsas and fountain drinks. Without coveringanything under him or in the kitchen he started wiping the dirty vents on the ceiling you ????could see things falling andfloating in the air I turned around and walked right out. For them to do that during business hours and while people were eatingWOW what do they do when your not there. Something they should do when closed and everything is put away.
