When I go to Jack in the box I order from the the Munchy menu. My food was hot. The customer service is nice.
I hardly ever have to do this but this jack in the box is disgusting. I went in to wash my hands before ordering. The bathroom... was filthy. Everything was dirty. The sink was full of calcium as well as the toilet. Floor was gross. Dirty. Smelled reallybad. The trash can rims were uncleaned. Dirty as well. After all this in couldn't dare myself to order food from thisrestaurant. STAY AWAY!! Read more
Tbh best Jacks. These people know how to make good fast food. I?ve gone to other jacks and things are either stiff or cold here... it always seems perfect. Mostly the cheesy nacho munchie meal they are so generous with the cheese ???? Read more

I was just food poisoned by this chain. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a jr jumbo jack not even 10 minutes ago and the... moment I finished the 3 sandwiches I felt sick yo my stomach and I hurled it all out the window. Never EVER going to a jack inthe box again. Read more
It?s supposed to be 24hr drive through, I have came a few times like at 1am-2am and they have cones blocking drive through.... Today came at 1:30am & they told me the crew was on lunch so could not take orders. Seen like 5 other cars leave. Why wouldeveryone be on lunch at the same time makes no sense. Read more
