This place is an old favorite spot I used to take my family to over 25 years ago. So today being there with my 2 daughters was... nostalgic. The service was decent waited forever for a vegan sandwich, not sure why. But as I remembered the food was delicious.Nice and quiet as I remembered. I had breakfast with My Father and I must say the service is Super quick and friendly. I noticed there's not much waiting for... anything you ask for. I've been eating here since you took over the location,left good reviews with minor criticism, and even supported you when you were about to go out of business during thepandemic...but deleting the reviews I've left over the years is one of the best ways for a business to make me mad. I have always had a good experience coming here but today i went we were seated within 10-15 min of waiting after it took like... 30-40 just to get our food it was definitely a bummer then i ordered a side of mozzarella sticks and after waiting so long forit the waitress comes with 3 sticks and 3 chicken tenders and tells me there out of mozzarella sticks after we paid the ladybefore me complained and got 30% discount but for us they didn?t bothered. We've been coming here since it was called Baker's Square???? (yes I'm dating myself) my daughter loves eating here and the... staff is always friendly and go out of their way. We tried their new fall menu. My daughter had the grilled cheese anf i hadthe pumpkin pancakes. The grilled cheese was different, a little too sweet. I would have like the sweet cut with somethingacidic like a tomatoe. My pumpkin pancakes were absolutely delicious! I wanted to just order a stack to eat during the week. Ihad the pumpkin coffee and not the greatest, i noticed their coffee is a bit too strong for me. My daughter always gets thePolly Palmer, yum! I read the previous reviews about staffing, but I hope people realize that we're still in a pandemic.Everywhere is short staffed and the people that are showing up for work are extra stressed.
