if you don't mind waiting for a long time to get your order taken then waiting a long time to get your drinks then this... starbucks is great. I recommend you order before your start shopping then your say a prayer and hope your drink is made beforeyou finish shopping. I felt like I was at the dmv. People attitudes were okay but they seemed overworked which may be theproblem. They seemed so overworked they seemed to not want to take my order. Thank you your time. Read more
I went in today just to buy 3 of the hot coffee cup, not a drink just the cups. I waited in line for 15min then waited another... 20min just for Samantha and the another girl working there to make the other customers drinks. Finally it?s my turn and I askSamantha for the cups and she tells me that she can?t ring them up because she doesn?t have a barcode. I let her know I?ve beenwaiting patiently for over 35min just for these cups and you don?t have a barcode for the cups you have on display for sale? Shesaid no and rolled her eyes. This really isn?t right, Starbucks makes so much money, and they can?t give there employersbarcodes and on top of that Samantha was rude about it, rolling her eyes like it was my fault I didn?t have the barcodes. Horrible! No following CDC guidelines. No mask enforcement, sneezing people everywhere. I even saw a rat one night. Management... is not protecting their employees!!!!! Bringing such a crowd to a small kiosk. The health department needs to stop by thislocation ASAP. The only good part of this location is seeing the barista MAX B. Read more
I went today June 9 2021. Worst costumer service every time I have gone. Today Rebeca was our cashier and was nice. The barista... on the other hand didn?t even say thank you as my son thank her for the drink. We always get really bad attitude from thesewomen. If u can drive a bit further pls do so. I'm not a coffee drinker. But I love ambiance of hot tea. I love Japanese green tea. I just bought a box of Matcha green by... Bigelow. I also I love Earl Grey tea. When I'm sipping tea I want to watch Pride and Prejudice. I love iced tea also. .Starbucks has so many varieties offered more then tea. Pastries, cookies and breakfast items. The employees have a nasty attitude. I went yesterday around 6pm. The lady seem like she did not wanted to be there. She kept... giving me a nasty look and seemed annoyed on what I was ordering. When I was ordering she cuts me off and says hi to her coworker who was taking a break. Like... you work with her!? How many times do you have to say hi??? Its rude and verydisrespectful. I've been here before and the other employees are much more nicer than she was. So that's the only reason I'mgiving it 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
