It pains me to give a 3 star review but I have no other choice. Definitely do not come here expecting any capable customer... service. I checked in with my mobile order, and the cashier simply nodded at me instead of tapping anything on the screen.After minutes of waiting (for fast food ???????????) I checked again and she said the order isn?t on the screen, and to makesure I chose the right Taco Bell store (I did). Then the manager stepped in, and instead of admitting any mistake, said that myorder ?wasn?t checked in.? Lol obviously! Anyways, the lack of accountability, even from the part of the manager, gives me nochoice but to give 3 stars when the food is usually 4. Read more
