Placed an online order and forgot HALF OF MY $60 ORDER wanted to speak to the manager had me on call for 15 minutes. He... mentioned I had to pick up. I showed up just to be given a hard time to get my order because the ?manager? was not there. Eventhough I had just spoken to him. Terrible customer service. Such a hard time to speak to anyone. This Wingstop is probably one of the better ones on the area, however it does have its flaws. When we placed our order online,... the app said 20 to 25 mins of wait time, cool, we showed up at the 30 minute mark. When we went in to ask about our order theguy at the cash register said it would be another 5 mins. After waiting for about 15 minutes I went up again and the same guytold me that they were still working on it. Come on guys, the food is good, but it shouldn?t take 50 minutes to make 15 wingsand a chicken sandwich. Read more
Food was good. Fries were a little undercooked but everything else was good
Took the staff over 50 minutes to prepare our order. When we went up to ask what was going on, they told us they were working on... our order. After another 15 minutes we asked about our oder again and they told us they lost our ticket but would finally beginworking on it. Had to hold back the urge to tell someone off. Worst service ever. We usually get wings from Alondra's butdecided to give wingstop a try since it's closer to our home. We won't be back. Read more
Made a phone order and was greeted with great customer service under what was obviously a food rush. Got my order correct that... onsisted of three combos and specific modifications. Made it in a timely manner. Oh and ACTUALLY made my wings with extra saucelike I ask. I have no complaints. Read more
