Their chocolate "fondant" with balsam fir flavour is a game changer. It is a little bit like a brownie mixed with the taste of an evergreen tree for lack of a better description. I was afraid the chocolate flavour would overwhelmthe fir but they complement each other perfectly. This should be a new seasonal staple. We also went just after the associatedParc Omega closes during the week and had the entire restaurant to ourselves!
