No cheesey bread, so I got WW. My WW sub was AS HARD AS A ROCK!!! NOT FRESH BREAD! No LITE Mayo! Extremely disappointing!!!
Great sandwiches... however I was unable to place my order through the Subway application 45 minutes prior to them closing. The... application would not let me order.. I missed out on reward points and using a coupon. I was told it was too close to closingfor a pick-up order; 45 minutes ????. Very irritated we still drove over, ordered, and left in maybe 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!???? To top it off an Amish/Mennonite family walked in as I was leaving. As the family was deciding on what to order theemployees openly discussed how these people were coming in 20 minutes to closing. The gals appeared genuinely appalled that thefamily had "the nerve" to walk in like that. Well, I think the employees were appalling. They were incredibly rude! Well youngladies, if you're open, then you're open! You serve the customers until closing time. Where do you think your paycheck comesfrom? Read more
Love our Subway inside of Holliday! We did our shopping and then grabbed some lunch. Friendly service and good, fresh made food!... Always great quality! Read more

Incredibly disappointed in this location. I placed an app order at 1:15 and came in about 5 minutes later since most locations... get them made up really fast. They had 4 people behind the counter, which is more than I'd EVER seen at a Subway, and figuredthey would certainly get my order done quickly since there were only 2 other customers there. I wait for about 5 more minutesand they still hadn't finished the other customers yet. So I go walk around the shopping center for about 10 minutes and comeback when the app had told me they would be ready by. They still weren't done, and were just sitting there getting cold,half-made. So even though my order was past time to be complete, they were continuing to let new customers go before my order,and they were working incredibly slow to boot! Long story short, I waited around ANOTHER 16 minutes after my order was supposedto have been ready, for a total of 35 minute wait, and half the sandwiches were soggy and gross from having sat there for a lotof that time. If I hadnt already paid, I would have left them a long time ago and spent my money somewhere that deserves mybusiness. To top off the bad experience, after someone handed me my bag, I turned to walk out and the lady behind the registersaid loudly "Did he pay for those?!"; to which I replied "Sure did! Not that I should !#@&ing have to!" If I hadn't already beenmade late to an appointment by these people, there's no way I would have paid for this sad excuse of service and food. Read more
10mins b4 6 I came 4 a Sub and what does she tell me, "We are Closed" learn 2 count and Mayb a few pounds 2... Very disappointed... in This Subway..! Plus they don't deserve a star. Read more
Terrible location. Placed an order threw the app. Went to pick it up. Find out they have no bread 1 hour before close. What have... these people been doing all day. Typical of Montello. We need to get a real franchise in this town instead of all thisindependent BS that don't follow or conform to franchise rules. Read more
From the moment I walked in and stood there no one else in front of me patiently waiting for the three employees to decide who... is going to take my order and some person off the clock sitting in the back. Everybody?s attitude was poor not taking my orderseriously. The whole experience just seemed shady like they don?t care about the food that they make or the food that they havein back. I?ve been getting the same sub for the last eight years and this one definitely did not taste the same. I don?t knowif it?s outdated products or substituting different products for others but their inventory was not what I?m used to being atSubway. Honestly if I could give it a negative star review I would. I?d recommend to take the time to go to a different subwaylocation. Read more
