There were four people working when we told one of the girls that there was a puddle on the floor. She responded with attitude... that there were tons of people around what did she want me to do about it. It?s not that hard not to give attitude to a customerletting you know about a situation in your store to make sure no one gets hurt. You can stop and at least put towels down to letpeople know what?s going on. There?s no need to be rude. This happened on 9/10/22 and the Del Monte Cold Stone. Service great but my Bery Berry Good had very little berry taste. Bland!
Here's the best off menu creation that doesn't actually exist. Order the Sweeney Todd - dark chocolate mixed with black cherries... (raspberry will do in a pinch to add the blood red) and chocolate shavings. Tell them airjoshb sent you. They won't know whothat is, but they may start to believe that they should. Read more
Super great place with lovely ice cream for the Price it should be. We only paid around 5 bucks for 2 scoops of ice, which they... mixed with cholate buttons, and it tasted sp great! Will definitily come back, and for sure worth it! Read more
Two girls who work here do not mix the additions into the ice cream at all. Twice I received a ball of ice cream on top of my... mix ins, which were placed at the very bottom. Also a very stingy portion where the ice cream barely met the top of the cup. Theemployees that once worked there were fantastic. I loved leaving a tip for them as it was well deserved. These girls also hadthe gall to blatantly ask me for a tip! Oh well, won?t be coming here anymore. Read more
On August 15, 2020 between the hours of 8PM to 9PM I went to this location to get ice cream. There had just been a power outage... earlier that day and they still remained open. The line was ridiculously long but we decided to wait anyways. Once we wereserved we were told that due to the outage we could not order shakes and they could not mix the toppings in the ice cream, butwe could add them on top. The employees working this night shift were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They not only had great customerservice but were also maintaining a positive energy through out the chaos, regardless of the circumstances it was SPECTACULAR.We were pleased with our ice cream but above all the incredible and impeccable service we received from these employees. This is one of my fav places to get icecream. While I was picking up an online order I asked for a sample of Reeces cup seeing... that it was the fall special. I asked for a sample and the staff denied my request. And the sample spoons are out in front inopen view - staring at me. Sidenote- I have recently gotten samples before purchasing. The Staff assumed that I was not goingto purchase the icecream. They missed out on a potential client. This happened on 11/7/2022 @ 8:20pm. 3 people on thecounter. I know one experience doesn't make or break your revenue but I would encourage the management to inspire the staff tosee people walking in as past/potential future customer. One star only because I have gotten better service before and somegood icecream. Read more
