I grew up here in Monterey. Actually graduated MHS in 75. And last night my wife, her Mom and I had a great dinner here.... Britney, our waitress was very friendly, courteous and cheerful. The dining area was clean, and comfortable. Our food wasdelivered within a reasonable wait time. And the serving size was above average. The taste was Great. Food was served hot andperfect in every way. Believe me this will be our Go To restaurant from now on. 5+ stars. Read more
Our server, Josh, provided great service. We had two little kids and it was late. They were hungry, and he went above and beyond... to get their drinks and orders right away. He offered us a high chair and provided coloring books and crayons to keep thementertained during the wait. The pancakes were excellent, and he brewed a fresh cup of coffee. Normally I wouldn't give a Denny's five stars. This one was really nice. The manager sounded like he was kind to his employees.... The employees were all friendly and the food came out quickly. Maybe I just went on a particularly good night. It was just areally good Denny's. Read more
