It tasted like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Literally worst pizza I've ever had at a restaurant
First time visiting this chain in a long time. This location is small but very cool. Met the owner/manager, (not sure his... correct title), who was very friendly and extremely personable and had no problem coming around the counter to talk to us andanswer any of our questions. His smiling, friendly wife was also behind the counter and they made a great duo. Service was fast,courteous, and they were also very accommodating when we asked to put the football game on the tv. There are two large TVs inthis long dining area, and a couple of picnic tables outside. The place is very clean, and looked brand new although it's beenthere for a while, which tells me they really take care of their restaurant. We asked for the pizza extra well done so it cameout really crispy and delicious, but I think I'm going to try it in the regular baking time to appreciate the dough more. Theprice was fair and worth every penny. Tried the breadsticks and they were also delicious. When paying, I saw the chicken alfredoand instantly regretted ordering pizza because it looked so dang good. Of course I enjoyed the pizza thoroughly though, lol. Iasked if they did fundraisers for schools and they said they did which is a bonus. We also ordered a pitcher of beer which wasice cold and delicious. Can't wait to come back. Read more

I was so excited to get Pizza Factory for my birthday. The woman who answered the phone was hard to understand. I struggled to... get through my order but did it. Told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Show up 20 minutes later to find out either they gave myorder to someone else or they never made it. The woman seemed very disgruntled in her job. They offered to make my pizza and Iwaited for it. When pizza was finished, the angry woman proceeded to charge me 40 dollars for 1 large pizza and overcookedbreadsticks! No discount or anything!! The pizza is overpriced and I am beyond disappointed! I will drive to Salinas for PizzaFactory from now on! Read more
Pizza Factory Monterey has amazing pizza! The crust is crispy and the ingredients, like mushrooms, are fresh. My wife commented... that it was the best pizza she has had in a long time. Read more
This little gem makes some of the best pizza I've ever had period! pass by this place daily but never tried them out, well, last... night I did and I'm sure glad I did because they are hands down the best in Monterey county. Read more
Tried their small vege pizza , costed 15 dollar plus tax. The ovwr all taste is hardly 3 out of 5.
Good pizza but not great pizza. Customer service was excellent. Pizza size runs smaller than other places... Large is more like... a medium size. Read more
