Placed an order online for pickup; when we (my husband and I) arrived at the store, the associates said that our order wasn?t... ready. Even though we received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. The associate said they would bring out our orderto the curbside when it was ready. But as they made us wait for our order, we noticed that the associate just left our order onthe counter. But didn?t bother to let us know it was ready or bring it out. And when we came in to receive our order we hadasked how long it was left there? The associates on duty didn?t respond, but acted if they were was ?busy?.. Note, there were nopending orders and such, and all the associates were doing were talking and laughing. And when we asked for the customer servicenumber, none of the associates would give us the number. One of them acting as the ?manager on duty?; was even asking what couldthey do? But again, note, this associate wasn?t even a manager at all. He went from saying he was one, to the manager wasn?tthere? Overall, really bad experience there at the store. This has been my always been my favorite go to for Domino's Pizza for year's. The food is always hot and fresh... The staff and... cook's have always been courteous to make sure that my orders are to my satisfaction. Thank you for many year's of great tastingPizza and chicken. Read more
