Overall: 3.8/5 (dine in) I placed an order through Yelp then received a call a few minutes after. This man - who I think is the... owner of the food truck - calls to tell me that they're out of bone marrow so he offered to replace it with the sample platter(which is more expensive) instead. He was very nice and said he will make it fresh when we arrive. The truck is parked on thestreet side of Ralph's parking lot. We were confused on which truck it was since there were two taco trucks next to each otherwith only a car distance in between them. The "owner" was pretty observant and must have seen how lost we looked so he calledout my name. He told me that he'll make the order now and that we can sit at the little table set up on the side of the truck.There are sauces, napkins, hand sanitizer, & utensils set up. Sample Platter ($20.74): This comes with 2 tacos suaves (beefbirria soft tacos), 1 taco dorado (beef birria crispy taco), 1 quesi taco (beef birria soft taco with melted cheese), & an 8 ozconsomme. They give you another box that has red onions, cilantro, white onion, radish, & limes which you can add to your tacos.They all tasted pretty similar. I was a bit disappointed that the birrias flavor didn't really come out for both the beef &consomme. 3 Amigos Trio Platter ($20.74): This comes with a quesi taco, 1 mulita (beef birria with melted cheese in between 2tortillas), 1 vampiro (beef birria tostada topped with crispy melted cheese), & an 8 oz consomme. My favorite was the mulitathen the vampiro. These had more flavor than the other tacos. Agua Fresca ($7.15): We wanted something refreshing after such aheavy meal so we got lemonade with chia seeds which sounds like an interesting combo & actually worked. The owner of the food truck is really nice! I love the birria here. The meat is super tender and amazing. I love choosing the 3... amigos because I get a variety. And, they give you big portions so don't worry about being hungry afterwards. I usually get togo and sometimes it can get a bit soggy. Especially, for whatever is at the most bottom. But the combination of cheese and meatis amazing here. Also, the consume has a unique aroma. I'm not sure what it is but it has this smoky flavor that I reallyenjoy. The people that work here are kind and generous. If you give them good energy, they?ll give it back to you in two-fold. The... salsa, birria, and sangria is the perfect combo after the park. They also offer just cheese quesadillas for pregnant people, andother people too I think. I would ask. I would also recommend this place for the vibe alone.
