The restaurant had a huge order to fill so did not want to honor the menu. I order tacos al carbon but manager and worker... refused to service the order. Had to threaten with legal action to finally get the service. This is the 3rd time they try this.They treat people like trash and Pollo Loco Corp does NOTHING about fixing the problem. People in that community are humble sothey settle, LAST time I go there Juan Pollo is down the street will try that instead!!!! Read more
