One thing is for sure the pot was hot?not the food
Food was good. Thought they would be checking for covid vaccines at the front like other restaurants but they didn't check... anyone...so didn't feel as of they cared about safety precautions. They're extremely understaffed so be prepared wait even afterbeing seated. They they started bringing meat out in takeout boxes because they ran out of clean dishes. If you don't mind thatthen give it a try. The is actually good. Read more
Spicy is OK but different tastes. Non spicy one is very low taste. Fair prices ????

This is unfortunately the most mediocre hot pot I have been too. The service is horrendous- from start to finish. Some of the... vegetables were old. The floors are really slippery, the stove was buzzing, bathrooms were very dirty. I was hoping the ratingswould be correct but they unfortunately were not. My son took me here and at first it was confusing, how to choose the food but he helped me figure it out. It's hotpot so we do... the cooking at the table (or boiling). But we ended up disappointed because our food took so long to arrive. We were havingsuch a wonderful conversation that we didn't realize that two tables that arrived later than us got served first. So if you eathere, make sure you keep an eye on your foodserver. We have a feeling our food person forgot to place our order. Neverthelessthe food is good. This place serves very healthy broth with all kinds of options as far as flavor. This is like a traditional Chinese Hot Pot... place, but with a very modern feel. The meat is good, the vegetables are fresh, and it's just a nice place to eat at withfriends and family. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a warm healthy meal! Read more
Great food, fast service, good soup. Perfect time to get your hot pot going on with the cooler winter nights! Parking is... pretty decent even during rush hour. Would recommend plenty of vegetables to pair with your soup and meat! Read more
