It has gone from a decent fast food place to a HORRIBLE ONE. The night crew recently is completely unpleasant and unaccountable.... They will literally verbally argue with you. Will not correct their mistakes and refuse fixing the problem. Unless you have thetime of day to convince otherwise. Avoid. Read more
Fast service, friendly atmosphere, everything I wanted to order was available
Went to get breakfast at drive thru the employees seemed to not be paying attention but the food was good as it is usually.
If I'm gonna use the app and the code says 2 mcchickens, 2 mcdoubles and 2 small fries for 9.99. Then that's what it should be.... Not a different deal the manager today made up saying it was 1 McChicken and 1 Mcdouble only and 2 small fries only. Made nosense. It clearly says on the deal 2 of each yet she charged me extra for separate burgers. Super unprofessional and falseadvertising. Never had an issue here before up until this so called manager came up to the association and told him what the"actual" deal was. Read more
I went there to get a frappe at the screen says " If we don't ask you for your rewards you get a free slashy" so they didn't ask... for the rewards so I ask for the slushy they refuse to give it to me. I spoke to the manager he put me on the side never theynever came with the slushy. I didn't want the slushy to start with but they have to honor what they promote. Not actually 24hrs. You can?t place a mobile order past a certain time at night. And the drive thru has been closed multiple... times around the 2 am time. Drive thru also has two ordering speakers. They only use the second one (at least all the times I?vebeen) They don?t have a sign at the first one saying pull up to the second. They even have an automatic recording that playsthat makes it seem like you order there. So the line gets held up by people thinking that?s where you order. I?ve sat in linefor 15+ minutes because people kept waiting to order at the first speaker. They could at least tell you to pull up to the secondor place a sign. Read more
