They messed up my order and accused me of lying to them! The lady didn?t want to refund me for the plate. She wasn?t willing to... admit her mistake. We spent over $100 on our order! When we were trying to reach her over the phone, she would hang up on us andrefused to answer the phone again. Very unprofessional, RUDE, and they lack respect for their customers !! Read more
I literally just got off the phone with the so-called manager by the name of Doong because of the fact that they have their... restaurant and menu items including their prices here on Google maps and I ordered two items which were was charged shrimp eggand seafood wonton noodles both priced at $9.25 each found here on Google maps after the fact when picking it up I discovered Iwas charged $11bucks for the egg rolls and $12.29 for the wonton noodles. I called the restaurant and this so-called mgr bluntlystated she wasn't going to give me my money back. I never ask for a refund, I simply asked to either give me the difference orcompensate me because they've had their menu/prices here on Google maps for months and never updated it. Unfortunately, Idiscovered this error after purchasing my order. This Doing was absolutely rude and talks to a customer as if I was his in hercountry, by misleading and cheating their customers. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tom Yum ramen. The portion is huge. They gave me a big ol' bowl to enjoy. The broth was okay but I... felt it needed a little more flavor. Nothing that some soy sauce and hot chili oil didn't fix. This was my first time dinningin at this Noodle World. I wasn't really impressed by the interior. The restaurant had a dull, somewhat hole in the wall feelbut not in a good way. On a positive note the service was great! The servers were very attentive to our table and veryfriendly. I order the spicy noodle with beef on the menu and what i got was spaghetti pasta with marinara sauce yuck no spicy at all it... was sweet and only 5 pieces of beef it had roman lettuce and tomato all hot nasty food not what was described in menu and forsure not what i wanted i could of cooked spaghetti at home if i wanted to but i will never buy food from here again Read more
