I just came back from getting 3 drinks and to be honest I am disappointed at the customer service. They got my drink wrong and... gave me Attitude when I told them. And gave not only me and my 3 year old daughter attitude but all the customers that werethere. I go to that Starbucks almost every day and not one have they treated Me with this level of disrespect. Nastiest site in Los Angeles county. Saw a worker (akemi (sp?)) on her phone while I am standing waiting to get to my coffee so... I can get to work. What are they paying these people for ?
