I just came back from getting 3 drinks and to be honest I am disappointed at the customer service. They got my drink wrong and... gave me Attitude when I told them. And gave not only me and my 3 year old daughter attitude but all the customers that werethere. I go to that Starbucks almost every day and not one have they treated Me with this level of disrespect. Nastiest site in Los Angeles county. Saw a worker (akemi (sp?)) on her phone while I am standing waiting to get to my coffee so... I can get to work. What are they paying these people for ? Absolute ghettoest in LA. Obviously hiring straight outta Klownkollege. Even the supervisor was rude when I tried to get a drink from someone less disgusting.Never coming back. This is ridiculous, never have I ever been served a half a cup of coffee. Especially from Starbucks. I buy coffee from Starbucks... everyday, only on the weekend from this location . Super disappointed and I will not be visiting this location again. ** Update: I came to this Starbucks about 8 more times after that review for 2 reasons. 1 It is really close to my house, like walkingdistance and 2 I wanted to give the place a second chance. More than half the time my coffee had grounds in it and other timesit definitely was not dark roast like I ordered. Read more
