I had to wait longer than the people who had ordered through drive thru, keep in mind I... ordered ahead for pick up. they had my drink ready but never called out the name. had to go to the window and wait for them tofeel like providing customer service to get helped. this location is garbage. I ordered my usual Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Foam today and it was really watery. The foam was very watery... as well and non-existent in the drink. I, also, ordered a pink drink with no inclusions. The pink drink i got had inclusion.These mistakes, I do not mind. Everyone makes mistakes. But when I got to the window and received my drinks, I asked for cupsleeves. The young lady at the window gave attitude when all I needed were two sleeves for my drinks.
