did a mobile order for pick up here. I had to wait longer than the people who had ordered through drive thru, keep in mind I... ordered ahead for pick up. they had my drink ready but never called out the name. had to go to the window and wait for them tofeel like providing customer service to get helped. this location is garbage. I was here on a weekend morning they were out of few things. They didn't have Chai latte or turkey pesto ciabatta or grill... cheese sandwich. That makes me not sure about coming here because they may not have stuff that I want to order. Hopefully onlybecause they are new. It's a plus that it's a drive thru. Read more
In addition to the two drinks I originally ordered, I asked for a tall cup of water with strawberries for my 1 year old and was... charged $4.25. At every ther Starbucks I've ordered this I either only get charged for the strawberry mix or get charged for atall tea. Not only was I overcharged for the drink but when we received our cup it literally had 3 strawberry slices, we askedfor them to add more and they added maybe 5 more slices. Even my toddler stared at it unsure what it was giving him. This is myfirst time visiting this location and it didn't leave me wanting to come back. 2 stars because the line was very short andfast. Drive thru is smooth, and the workers are friendly!
I ordered my usual Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Foam today and it was really watery. The foam was very watery... as well and non-existent in the drink. I, also, ordered a pink drink with no inclusions. The pink drink i got had inclusion.These mistakes, I do not mind. Everyone makes mistakes. But when I got to the window and received my drinks, I asked for cupsleeves. The young lady at the window gave attitude when all I needed were two sleeves for my drinks. The customer servicealong with the drinks were not satisfactory to my liking. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the attitude I receivedwas something I could not ignore. Read more
