Really rude woman taking orders tonight through the drive thru. I know people have bad days but jeez
I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a chicken biscuit and was told to pull up and wait out of drive through line. Did not get food... brought out for 20 MINUTES. A staff member came to car at one point to find out what I ordered and wanted to know if it was herfault (?) and then another employee attempted to deliver food but it was not my order. Terrible service! If you wanna not get what you order every time you go thru a drive thru then this is the jacks for you.
Floor has food and garbage everywhere. Drink machine is moldy. All kitchen equipment is grease covered and not cleaned by any... means. Told the staff of the problem, yet not one person went to clean it at all and didn't even care. Also I wanted my refundfor the moldy drink I didn't want. So the fat short black manager wanted to fight me. Because she knows best. And that's limescale not mold?.....idc what it is or isn't. I didn't drink it for the reason. Then she claims I'm not allowed in their dirtystore anymore. Wouldn't go back anyway but neither should anyone in the first place. Read more
My boyfriend and I would go here 3, or 4 times a week, getting food and drinks food is always wrong, but today they got it... right for the first time. but unfortunately once i finished my drink and was going to look in my cup to eat ice. i found afrozen bug in the ice, and a leg of a bug. that?s absolutely not okay. if anyone in corporate reads this, they need to be shutdown, or new inspection. something needs to be done. I'm not eating here anymore. I ordered 2 combos with sweet teas. Both receipts say sweet tea. Both drinks were unsweetened tea.... I call and they tell me 2 come in the morning. That's fine. ????I unwrap my AL white sauce double cheddar burger to put mayo onit and there's almost no white sauce. That's fine--i don't love it. But there is NO lettuce. That's UNfine. I love lettuce. Ipay extra to add it. Also, I bought breakfast at this location and I got 2 strips of bacon instead of 3 and less eggs than whenI order the same thing at Calera Jack's (almost daily).
