It's been good every time I order, but sometimes the food makes me a little sick. I don't know why a lot of reviews are saying... the manager was rude. I've never had a problem with her. She's been nothing but polite to me. I was told they pay the least inMontevallo, so that's probably why they are very understaffed. I'd order from them again. Read more

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because the awesome customer service I received from Tracy, the manger. When we picked up... our order, something was missing from our order. We were not pleased with the quality of the food tonight. The pizza and wingswere way over cooked. But needless to say when I called up at the store, Tracy handled my complaint with grace . I placed a ?for delivery? online order around 7pm. Got a phone call at 15 minutes to 8pm from my local Pizza Hut saying they... couldn?t deliver, I?d have to come to the store immediately because they closed at 8pm and oh, by the way, pizza hadn?t beenstarted, so I?d have to wait in the parking lot 15-20 minutes for our pizza to be made. The reason I could not wait at home wasnot clear. She kept saying they were closing and I had to get there before 8, but the pizza wouldn?t be ready so I?d have towait? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Doesn?t even deserve one star. The manager (an elder white woman by the name Tracy, IF that?s her... real name) was extremely rude and had severe poor management skills. Refused to make my simple order of cheese sticks BEFOREtheir closing time. Canceled my order and LIED saying I wasn?t on time. Then proceeded to tell me there would be no refundbecause there never was an order. Lying again, if there wasn?t an order, how were you able to cancel what what ?never there?????Riddle me that. When I called THREE times back to back and watched her walk around the store as I waited for my curbsideassistance. She told me no one had been at the store at all when I clearly watched her pace back and forth ignoring the phone.Told me my order had been canceled and I let her know I would be filing a complaint against her for her disgusting attitude. Ifthey had in fact been closed, a curtesy cal should have been placed to refrain from me driving out to pick up what was nevermade. Let me help anyone that is ordering from this location, if you request delivery, you should re-think your request. This location... uses Door Dash and apparently neither the store nor door dash has any concept of time. They can charge you for the order butthey can't deliver. When you order they take no responsibility for what happens to your order or when it will arrive. Don'twaste your time or money ordering from the Pizza Hut in Montevallo.
