New employees. Overcharged me then it was a pain to get a refund. They then refunded cash not card and it was the wrong amount,... when I said they gave me the wrong amount back they didn't care. Cold nasty sandwich. Microwave is "down". Read more

I got one sandwich to go. It was prepared quickly and correctly. An elderly woman had just eaten in the restaurant. She walked... back to the counter to tell the staff that her sandwich was very good. The young man fixing my sandwich was surprised to receiveher kind words and pleased by the jester. It was a cute moment. Read more

Very upset!! My bread was so tough I couldn't even bite into it, I had to rip it then I couldn't even chew it... after ripping... it everything fell out of the bread and I couldn't even finish it because there was a black hair in it. I know it was minebecause my hair is a light brown. Nasty. Read more

As a coach of 25 athletes, I am a little disappointed with this location. I went online to order, about 20 hours before needing... to pick up our food, and found that the cut off was 22 hours. I called and asked if we could send an excel sheet detailing ourorder, only to be told that it was impossible. I then asked if they would prefer us to show up and create a line 25 deep in themiddle of their lunch rush, and the response was "You got to do what you got to do." So to all regular customers who did notwant to stand in line, and to the those working the line when we arrive, we apologize, it didn't have to be this way. Read more
