bathroom soap dispenser didnt work, paper towel dispenser disnt either and they where on the floor to use, not very sanititary.... The kids that worked there where very nice. maybe not the best choice of explicit lyric music that had blasting, i had workcalls that that was playing in the background so wasnt thrilled about that. barely a bit of cheese sauce for the fries likenormal so that was disappointing but the food overall was very good. its still a good place i guess in this city so... Ordered on the self checkout. Got our food quickly but not our drink cups. Stood and waited at the counter for several minutes... and was ignored by multiple staff. Finally gave up and went around the counter to get our drink cups. Saw multiple employeeswalking around on their phones. The drink fountain in the lobby was low on syrup but seeing as we were ignored when just Tryingto get our drink cups I didnt really feel like standing and being ignored some more. Read more
Been going here for over two years fairly regularly, but it's been getting worse over the last couple of months. The last time,... my beefy 5 layer burrito had less than half the portion of filling it should, on top of being watery. This time, I showed up 3minutes before lunch started and was told that some things wouldn't be ready until then. I thought it was later than it was, anddidn't have a problem pulling over to wait a few minutes. I said as much, was told that would be cool, and pulled back up alittle over 5 minutes later. I repeated the same order, was told it'd be another 30 minutes(at least) before anything would beready, and who I assume was the manager injected herself into our conversation as I was trying to say "it's fine, I don't have aproblem just leaving today and trying another," seemingly for the sole reason to vent? I was suddenly, rudely, told that I don'tunderstand how a kitchen works, and that things take time. I understand that bad days happen, and it's easy to get behind whenthere are call-outs and the like. But don't bemoan about your failings to the party they're affecting. That's an absurd way topromote repeat business. Hope your day improves though. Read more
Taco bell in Montevallo needs a lot of work. Last 2 times ordering, using the app, our order has been wrong. Items left out,... wrong items. Out of the 7 items on today's order 4 were wrong. I do not recommend Taco bell in Montevallo. Read more
I've never had a decent experience with this location. I've tried many times to order black beans with my meal, and I always... receive some excuse as to why they can't do it. They've told me "We don't serve black beans after 11pm". Today I went by afterwork, at 10:20pm. They asked if I wanted chicken and black beans because of my order modifications, and I said yes, that iscorrect. 1 minute later the cashier comes back telling me they don't have black beans. Laziness is the reason why they didn'thave black beans, im sure. I dont usually leave reviews, but I'm tired of having problems this restaurant. I am going to give this a 3 star. Normally they are solid. Good food hot fresh and very friendly. They are normally pretty... speedy. Yet I have to say my last visit was horrendous. Got everything I ordered. I knew they was out of sour cream. Yet when Igot one of my crunch wraps it was missing the cheese and meat. I am only posting cause I tried contacting them and was toldsomeone would get back to me never happened. Disappointed to say the least. The visit was April 25 around 4:15 or so. I will eat out of a dumpster before I eat here. 4 cars in the parking lot and they were too busy to tell me to use the keyosk... after standing there 5 minutes and being just looked at..I wish I could give them 0 stars. Read more
